however the facility is having the following constraints:

1. DRUGS, from the above report there are no malaria cases mentioned. this is due to lack of any single antimalarial and the RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST for the plasmodium. patients who are presented with malaria sign and symptoms are referred to basse health center 20 miles away for diagnosis and treatment.also drugs such as antibiotics, anti hypertensives, analgesics, ophthalmic drugs, antacid and other essential drugs remain scarce . note the malaria season is just at the corner .

2.FACILITY

the clinic is occupying three rooms one consultation, a store and a staff room. these rooms are poorly ventilated with no electricity and running water . the need to built a structure can solve this problem and others such as overcrowding and privacy.

3. TRANSPORTATION

darsilameh is a hard reach area the daily transaction of the facility and the staff remains sky rocket; this is expected to be worsen during the raining season . the need for transport is a necessity.
